Kips Bay Dallas 2023 Recap with Nest Studio's Jessica Davis

Kips Bay Show House Dallas 2023

Nest Studio was delighted to be a part of the Kips Bay Dallas Show House 2023,  supporting the mega-talented Morgan Madison team and their discerning design point of view. Our newest unreleased luxury hardware collection, Aperture, is having a moment in Morgan Madison's "Stevie's Passage" multi-use space, inspired by Stevie Nicks. The patina brass pulls adorn the warm wood cabinetry of a tucked in wet bar. Bravo, Tanner Morgan and Jennifer Laouari, on your dreamy, cool refuge!

Kips Bay Dallas 2023 Insights with Nest Studio's Jessica Davis

"I loved how so many designers leaned into moody spaces this year. Of course, Morgan Madison's space was great, from the use of drapery to envelope the space to creating a wet bar to making the landing feel intentional. I also loved Cathy Kincaid's playful yet traditional library and Pursley Dixon Ford's serene but layered primary bedroom. Not only were moody spaces a big draw but also draped rooms and lacquer ceilings. Pattern layering seemed to be big in this year's Kips Bay Show House."
